There are several options of obtaining a UAE residence visa, including the option of investing in real estate. Once you reach 2,000,000 AED or more in (combined) real estate value within one emirate, you will be eligible for a UAE Golden Visa, valid for 10 years. From 750,000 AED property value and upwards you can apply for a UAE Investor's Visa, valid for 2 years. Upon expiry visas can be renewed, as long as you are still owner of properties of the above mentioned values.
